There is a deposit required upon booking your appointment, which is non-refundable. If you need to cancel we ask that you do so within 48 hrs. and we will do the same. Cancellation without charge is 48 hrs. before appointment and will be applied to your re-scheduled service which must be done within 24 hours of cancellation. There is a 5 min grace period if you're running late. Please text or call us to ensure we can still take you. If we can't please reschedule so you don't forfeit your deposit.
